Easy Returns at VidaVora

Not satisfied with your order? We're sorry to hear that, and we’d love to know how we can still make you happy.

Simple return in 3 steps:

Step 1: Contact our customer service
Fill out the contact form or send an email to info@vidavora.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Step 2: Send your order back
Return the items in their original condition and packaging, along with the completed return form, to the address listed on the form. Don’t forget to use a Track & Trace code when shipping your package. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment—we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Refund to your account
Once we receive the returned package, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 5 business days.

Important: If you return your order more than 14 days after receiving it, we cannot guarantee a full refund.

You may return your order within 14 days, and we will ensure your payment is refunded within 5 business days after we receive the package.

Return shipping costs
The return shipping costs range from $10 to $20 per label, depending on the size of the package. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
